Change your password or sign-in email
There is no change-password option inside Settings. To change your password, sign out and use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen. To change the email you sign in with, email support@fiyr.app; the Email Address field in your profile does not change it.
Change or reset your password
- Sign out: Settings, Profile, Sign out (on a phone, More, then Sign out).
- On the sign-in screen, click Forgot password?.
- Enter the email you sign in with and click Reset Password.
- Open the email and follow the link to choose a new password.
- Click Back to Sign In and sign in with the new password.
Check your spam folder if the email does not arrive. You can request a new link once a minute.
Change your sign-in email
Changing your sign-in email is not self-serve yet. Email support@fiyr.app from your current address and tell us the new one.
Verify your email
If Settings shows "Email not verified", click Resend and follow the link in the email. If you see "Too many requests", wait a few minutes and try again. Verifying is needed before you can turn on two-factor authentication.
Sign-in error messages

Common questions
How do I change my password while signed in?
You cannot from inside FIYR. Sign out, click Forgot password? on the sign-in screen and follow the email link.
I changed my email in Profile but still sign in with the old one.
That field only updates your profile. Email support@fiyr.app to change your sign-in email.
I signed up with Google. How do I reset my password?
You do not have a FIYR password. Keep using Continue with Google; manage that password with Google.
Does FIYR sign me out automatically?
No. You stay signed in on each device until you sign out.
